Oh, and for those of you who don’t know about this—don’t worry, it was an epiphany for me too!
January 6th is celebrated in many parts of the world as Epiphany Day. Traditionally, it marks a moment of discovery or revelation—originated from the Magi – finding the child Jesus—but the essence of it goes far beyond this one story. At its heart, Epiphany is about seeing clearly, noticing what’s real, and having those little “aha” moments that can shift the way we think, feel, or move through life.
For me, discovering this day felt like a gentle nudge from the Universe: a reminder to slow down and notice what’s right in front of me. And that’s what I want to invite you to do this month. January is our Epiphany month—a time to pause, reflect, and open our eyes to the truths that have been quietly waiting for us.
Notice the small things: a thought that keeps popping up, a feeling in your body, a pattern that’s repeating in your life. These are your personal sparks—moments of insight that can guide you toward clarity, calm, and inspiration.
So I want to encourage you, on Epiphany Day, take a moment to see, reflect, and celebrate your own discoveries, however big or small. Let’s make this January a month of gentle awakenings, where awareness lights the way forward.
“May your epiphanies shine far beyond January the 6th, lighting your path all year long.”
Lots of Love
